February 15, 2011 - Senior Editor Tim Heston talks with Joseph Carrizales of PSB Company, a manufacturing subsidiary of White Castle System Inc., the hamburger restaurant chain. The Porcelain Steel Buildings (PSB) Co. was launched in 1934 to make portable metal buildings. Over the years, the company has grown into a hybrid operation: part product line manufacturer, part job shop, and part service center.
