Electrostatic Powder Painting
Our shop contains a complete electrostatic powder paint system, including a multi-stage washer. We can apply a wide variety of coatings, including epoxy, polyester and hybrids, for an appliance-grade finish. Complementing our paint department is our state-of-the-art silkscreen process. Depending on volume, metal or plastic parts can be printed. |

Electro-Deposition Painting (E-COAT)
Our shop contains a complete 11 stage pre-treatment, zinc phosphate cathodic system with a 3 stage post rinse. These coatings are very uniform and durable and are also quite corrosion protective. |

Our sheet metal fabrication facilities enable us to custom manufacture on a small scale or to complete larger, long run production jobs. PSB handles a range of metals, including stainless steel, cold-rolled galvanized steel, and aluminum with punch presses up to 300 ton capacity, and tolerance as close as .005 inch. |
